Harley Quinn often has a black heart on her cheek. Gaga is wearing a joker shirt in one of her studio pics. I don’t know. But the 🖤 has appeared so many times and it do think it might mean something related to Harley since it’s traditionally part of her look! The black heart and the pics are definitely LG7-related. Plus, I don't think she'd be teasing something for Joker without Todd Phillips or WB's involvement.
