She used to during TF/TFM/BTW eras but it didn't end up good :ohwell:

Just curious but didn't end up good how exactly? I miss that era.

We also got ARTPOP just 2 years after Born This Way. Which is about how often Taylor releases a brand new album.

Even Joanne wasn't that far off with 3 years after ARTPOP.

Biggest gap in Gaga's career so far is Joanne to Chromatica.

edit: also, the album announcement is both surprising and not. Taylor has almost consistently released a brand new album every ~2 years. It's just impressive that she managed to squeeze it in between re-recordings, the best-selling tour of all time, and her personal commitments, and media/event appearances (e.g. Eras Tour premier, award shows etc.).

Lana and Taylor are the most proficient artists of our generation. And they deliver both quantity AND quality. I guess that’s what happens when music is the first and foremost focus of an artist :ororomunroe:

Girl is over here touring the world, re-recording old albums, recording new albums, going to football games, and having time for her relationship. I don't think she sleeps.

She have a team, many fans and good friends who help and support her :holdmyhand:

I'm here to take a break from university homeworks :/

I'd disagree. I wouldn't see her as the „artist" of our generation, she certainly is the music industry of our gen, but thats about it in my opinion.

There definitely has been some form of jealousy on my side when she really started with the TV's and folklore, because i wanted Gaga to give us more as well, but at this point now I just cant keep up with Taylor anymore. I need time to breath with new music, i need to connect to it, to connect it to my life and link it to own experiences, so i can look back at it a few years later and remember 'me with the music'. And i feel the constant push of new/reworked material just doesn't provide the space to do so.

Ja, im kinda pissed that we dont have more gaga content (music/film wise) but still, seeing MTN MV or Perfect Illusion Sukkiri performance brings me so hard back to these times, that its still standing strong for me.

I used to have the same with Taylor, for Red, 1989 and folklore, but the rest is just a generic blur for me.

anywayyyyy happy monday y'all

I am no fan of taylor swift but she doesn't operate on your timeline. On that note, neither does Gaga. Or anyone besides you. So you are free to listen to new material when you are ready, but releasing material in and of itself is not 'overexposure' as someone else mentioned earlier....

the real question is, how is she going to integrate that with The Eras Tour?

She'll just extend the concert to 7 hours and cities will suspend their ordinances to allow her.

Good thing there's nothing very strenuous about the performance or she'd be exhausted.

Well, that’s a good point, thank you :)

but maybe the idea of overexposure is a more subjective issue in the first place and should be view as such to begin with, right?

Cities will allow it causes everywhere this human being appears with her tour the whole economy of the country benefits from it, and that’s a fact.

Yep! That's how big concerts tend to work. We love facts

Will she?

If she will, she will start it from France dates in June. And idk, do another legs of world tour with new eras added?

Had it with what? The barren dried up river in Gaga stanning or Taylor keeps feeding her fans?
