No, of course not. 

The last time she “debuted” a single at a big award show was 13 years ago with Born This Way at the GRAMMYs and Yoü And I at the VMAs (or 11 years ago if we count Applause at the VMAs, two weeks after its release)

I’d love to be proven wrong obviously, but after the last 8 years, I would rather not expect this kind of big promo performances anymore. She could have debuted Perfect Illusion at the VMAs and Stupid Love at the GRAMMYs but she chose a different approach. The no-approach approach. 

But her going back to the VMAs in 2020 was really unexpected, so who knows? She’s Lady Gaga after all
