It’s so exciting to have all this new music coming. I want Gaga to have her own moment, and if that means a release a little later than we were hoping for then that’s fine. At the same time, it would be amazing to have all these releases so close together and Gaga is a powerhouse herself - she’ll still do well.

I think the thing with Gaga is that it really depends on the right song at the right time. Taylor dominates regardless, and the internet acts like every Beyoncé release is the second coming, to the point that it almost doesn’t matter how well her music actually performs. If it hadn’t been as long as it has between Gaga pop records I think we wouldn’t be so bothered by the potential closeness of her new release to others.

Ultimately though, the streaming era makes it possible to easily support each of these girls and I’m excited for all their new releases. Things move so quickly these days and streaming/TikTok has kind of made anything possible in terms of success so let’s see!
