There’s no wordplay in the post, it just happens to be a rat/mouse in the cartoon. She’s just directly stating she’s tired, either physically or mentally (probably both). Could be a reference to the previous rat comment she made, but no play on words here

I think Gaga is not the kind of person who complaints about being tired from work, if she wasn’t in final stages…. At least she would not admit it like that if she was just halfway through the process or even in early stages…. Pretty sure this is a good sign, like she wastired in 5f2 when they mastered Joanne.
