Still, it’s very low brow (maybe boring) teasing. This has happened before with no outcome. It’s not crazy to think she’s not actually teasing. 
 

Thankfully I’m being fed by Twenty One Pilots.
They are putting out cryptic messages for fans to find, sending random mail to fans and have mysterious billboards popping up! All whilst remaining silent.

Yall she’s literally been teasing for 2 weeks. You act like she immediately has to announce the title, plan, cover, roll out immediately. If nothing comes by 3/1 then yes I’ll start to get annoyed but I’m pretty confident we’ll get more concrete teases next week and a possible announcement for 3/1. That’s what I’m betting on at least
