I’d guess end of october as she said “proper vocals and orchestrations in November” which is the last stage before mixing and mastering. This was her timeline:

 

-Writing began when the strike started (May)

- Spent a week with Max Martin (equivalent of andrew for LG7) in September and October 

- cover/album art was shot sometime early December 

Then the rollout was the below:

12/7- studio pic 

12/17 - studio vid no audio 

1/7 announcement of single 

1/12 single release 

1/17 album announcement 

3/8 album release 

 

so basically she likely turned it in middle to end of November which is around 4 months. If Gaga finishes in the next few weeks, June/July for album is likely. 
 

I think next week single will come !!

Well I’m responding to the dates the OP said gaga won’t release. I don’t think it’s this week, it’s possible she announces tomorrow but one day notice would be odd. Then next week apparently Selena is releasing and they’re on the same label. There’s only 2 more Fridays left lol

Yeah, if we're having a countdown it should happen in the evening tbh  Todd Phillips released that first Joker teaser picture at night as well, so there's still hope that we're going to get something Joker related today
