No, they're not reliable. They only make very vague and likely guesses and then boast in front of everyone about what they could get right. A lot of things they post get deleted as soon as they don't happen

idk yesterday this account was saying the single is coming in 4 weeks or less, and today the account is saying new gaga music is coming this week

I think Selena’s song will peak weeks or months after release…. She needs and gets lots of radio and streaming while artistslike Ari or gaga will most likely peak the week after release and if lucky have support later
