Though out of curiosity I ran this one through our database and there are zero overlaps

So my question is, do those two IP addresses link to those users still?

If so then why would those two users have those two IP addresses from the same location in Washington that coincide with the exact location of one of the GoDaddy locations in the US? 

It doesn’t make any sense either way it goes.

What's curious about that is the accounts with the overlaps are basically on the other side of the planet. One is in Europe, one's on the US East Coast, the other is in Australia.

It's why IP overlaps are one of the weaker bits of evidence we have for sniffing out duplicate accounts here. They're weird and I don't fully understand them despite looking at them for nearly a decade now

The other two accounts don't appear to be linked in any way other than what looks like a coincidental IP overlaps. I doubt very seriously if either of them knows anything.
