It would make sense because the physical release of Joker 2 is available December 17th. I bet the secret performance will release as a companion DVD on the same day. Just like she did with the album release.

Gaga team always change plans, there were a few projects with release dates announced that never saw the light of the day. We’re almost halfway past the month, so don’t be surprised when nothing comes at all. A PR fiasco for sure if a delay indeed happens
