Well my theory :

There might be "Hell", "Purgatorio" and "Heaven" interlude cause I feel like this album will start with dark themes and then become more hopeful at the end. She made multiple refs to hell, she mentioned it on TikTok, she said it at one of her Vegas show. The idea of her purging herself, can be seen in "Disease" MV and she also said it in the explanation she gave us of "Disease". So we can assume that there will be also the theme of heaven. She used a lot the black and white colors during the beggining of this era. 

Based on the snippets :

Hell  :

Disease (it's about how the antidote come from the poison, she feels bad so she has to work hard to heal)

Zombified (workahoolic)

ABRACADABRA (her transformation into Lady Gaga persona)

Notorious Being (she became a celebrity but forgetting herself)

Purgatory  :

Dance in the Shadows (she searches a way back to herself by accepting her different personas)

Heaven  :

Garden of Eden (she finds her passion for the music back thanks to her lover Michael)

DWAS (spiritual fullness)

I think “Abracadabra” is track #1, “Disease” track #2 and “Die With A Smile” is second to last song.

“Abracadabra” will start with an heavily jazz-infused intro

For the first time since 2011, the title of the album will have more than one word. It mentions life and/or the wind.

The album cover will be mostly yellow and black, Gaga will have black/grey hair, and it won’t be detailed like Chromatica (more like TFM) but Gaga will be in movement (à la BTW) in a heavy wind, possibly a representation of a tornado

At some point in the record, she will reference ARTPOP in an obvious way that will “shock” us all

There will be a song with nearly no percussions and it WON’T be a ballad

I see 16-19 songs, but more 19 than 16

She’ll subtly shade someone in one of the songs, probably her dad or Richy, saying something like “I don’t deal with rats, I only make them dance”

Oh, and there will be her fastest song ever as well! Think “Blinding Lights” but with heavy instrumentation

Given they've added DWAS to LG7 I'd be surprised if she lets DWAS at #1 pass by without an LG7 reference.
It's fully the only form of promo I expect by Gaga at this point lol

Since Gaga said "The album is chaotic from a genre perspective — it is genre-bending"....does anyone else get the vibe that it won't just be dark pop, won't even be just pop but maybe really have some songs that are something else entirely?

I get the vibe that some songs might be more Harlequin-esque or not pop at all and maybe very controversial within the fanbase.

I did think about that, and I wouldn’t mind it! But I feel that the different genres will mostly be in individual songs as I wrote just above (Abracadabra having a jazzy intro)

This reminds me of when she did Somebody To Watch Over Me into Bad Romance back in the day on GMA. I could totally see her sampling a traditional jazz song about magic that then warps and goes into the “abra-abracadabra” part of the song
