If people engage positively with the single, she could come out of this mess quicker. But honestly I don’t think she’s in the best position right now to release more music. If the shitstorm goes on and LG7 gets dragged in, it’s going to be the end for LG7.

In my opinion she has two options:

1. Releasing LG7 1st single at the very end of the month if things have cooled down.

2. If she needs to wait, then it has got to be end of january / beginning of february. November is too late and Halloween will be passed, Christmas freeze starts around mid november, even sooner sometimes. Plus, elections mess.

We know LG7 is going to be what we’ve been longing from her for a long time, from the snippets we heard so far. I hope we’ll be nice and supportive to her whatever she decides to do.

But why should fans suffer for the sake of other peoples ignorance and lack of pop culture knowledge? People who think she's to blame for FAD's failing wouldn't have streamed her new song anyways, even if Joker smashed the box office.. People who can't read an article and see HQ is not her mainline album won't be the first to run to buy and stream the new single.  Its her fans who will and it she dellays **** further I think many might just boycott the release out of spite for being edged for basically a year and a half.

Besides, if Katy Perry could continue the campaign after seeing how disastrous the initial response to her 1st single was, so can Gaga. Joker was out of her control and If she wanted and planned HQ to be a huge hit she would have distributed more copies of the album, not have it limited. Besides she's riding on the wave of DWAS with her monthly listeners being higher than ever and has fans and those who like pop music who are hengry for her pop return.

Agreed. For those who want her to delay lg7, literally why??? Delaying a song isn’t going to make it any more or less popular. What will matter is how good the song is, the marketing, music video and promotion.
