The real one (4 seconds with some lyrics) hasn't spread, which is good, that said that definitely means they need to hurry a bit about lead single release.

I'm sure some people won't have any regrets leaking it if the song falls into the wrong hands.

I'm glad the "Girlfriend" leak did not spread, as much as I am excited for new Music - I really want this era to start and continue on Gagas Terms.

I do think they should act sooner rather than later though. If that girlfriend snippet is real it's only a matter of time before someone leaks it, in snippets or in full. Announce next week Gaga!

You think? The person that posted it had no intention of leaking it and if its making the rounds it could end up like the Babylon Demo or Stupid Love Demo, where it doesn't go beyond a tiny snippet for a long time. Leakers will always want something equally as cool for trading and I don't think that there is much left in the rare, unleaked Gaga Vault that would be equally as cool as the Lead Single of a new Album.

Oh gosh. I’m praying that the “Girlfriend” leak is fake. 
Just heard it and It’s not what I wanted to hear from Gaga at all. Sounds like a filler track.
