Most likely. Paramount+ is probably not even going to be around outside of the States soon. The Situation is worse than anticipated. They might sell the Docu to another distributer.

I emailed Paramount+ myself and they answered with a pre-compiled message basically saying that the content I've requested info on is not in the catalogue (I've posted screenshots in another thread)

That would make sense as I’m sure Tony’s team would want the doc to be available worldwide. I remember back in Dec hearing that Apple might acquire Paramount, not sure if thats the case anymore but if it does happen, it would be nice for a project about a music legend like Tony to be on Apple.

There have been talks with multiple companies like Warner as well. Truth is tho, right now we know that Paramount is seizing all their international Productions, which will make Paramount+ have to either buy a bunch of local Licensing or just leave certain markets due to content-minimum laws on streaming platforms. I wouldn't be surprised if they are going to sell the Documentary, since they simply can not afford to distribute it outside of the US.
