Soemtimes I have imagined a world in which I was a superstar and I thought about albums and how many I would make, and I had concepts for each of them and I also had the last-album concept. But now, years later, I just think this is wayward erroneous how I planned a last album because I finally arrived at the conclusion that one cannot realistically plan a last album. Music is a creative process. New ideas may arrive at a point in future we don't know yet, new feelings and new thoughts may come that we yet don't expect and they may inspire us for a new album after we currently feel exhaused in the right now. Planning a last album is way too perfectionist and deterministic.
