TaylorSwift 162,667
Hundreds of sealed court filings pertaining to the late sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein are set to be made public this week, and several prominent names -- including Britain's Prince Andrew and former President Bill Clinton -- are expected to appear in the documents. U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled earlier this month there was no legal justification for continuing to conceal the ex-president's name and nearly 200 names other "John and Jane Does" mentioned in the records. Preska ordered the unsealing to begin after Jan. 1. Many on the list will already be publicly known as associates, employees of Epstein and Maxwell, or people who had flown on his planes. It may also name Epstein’s alleged victims who had been taken to homes, including a mansion in New York, a Palm Beach villa, a private island in the US Virgin Islands and a ranch outside Santa Fe. Former US president Bill Clinton was identified by ANC News as “Doe 36” and is mentioned in more than 50 of the redacted filings, according to court records. Giuffre made no allegations of wrongdoing by Clinton, but maintains she met him on the island – which Clinton has said he never visited. source source https://store.taylorswift.com

Gaga literally suffers from ptsd bc of the abuse of these kind of people. But let's imagine that this was true...Obviously I would unstan but I wouldn't stop to listen to her songs, for exemple I literally still listen to some R. Kelly songs (yep he have some good songs obv), bc the artist is just a separate part of the person... Probably under substances... An alchemist is born ! At what point do y’all not separate the artist from the art and just don’t support their work? I could understand if it was just someone who constantly ran their mouth (Azealia, Kanye, etc) but R. Kelly committed heinous crimes and inflicted tons of abuse on hundreds of women and children. How are you able to still enjoy his music? Genuinely curious.

Kelly just made some romantic or sexy jams. If it was music like MJ's or Gaga's where it's autobiographical and you have to love them and know their stories to feel the full weight of their art then yeah, separating the art from the artist is impossible 'cause the artist's life is weaved into the lyrics and music. But R Kelly's best songs aren't about him and could have been written by anybody and they'd still be just as good. Whimsical bitch

Wouldn’t the fact that they’re sexy romantic jams make it even worse considering his crimes were primarily sexual? That’s why I personally can’t listen to his music. He still sang those songs and put his personal relationships in them regardless of who wrote it, it’s still his music. Those songs connected with him in some way.  8 minutes ago, Fck I luv Art said: I fckng hate him and I hope he d word in jail, but in itself I don't listen a lot to his songs I used him as an exemple. There would be a ton of artists that we should cancel such as Montherlant (writer), Woody Allen (filmmaker), MJ (singer, yep we aren't sure about MJ but there's also many proofs against him) and even more... in fact their art doesn't reflects their bad side and for exemple MJ is one of the biggest musician of all time so cancelling him would be hard. But for philosophers it's a whole different thing cause they tries to normalize the abuse which is very disturbing. I can understand not canceling people like MJ cause he was proven not guilty in court whereas people like R. Kelly, not only has he been proven guilty but the proof that he did such crimes are out there. I feel like you truly can’t separate the art from the artist in this case because their music is just a reflection of them.

If I hear the occasional Kelly jam it's not like I envision him singing it to his victim or something. It's just a good song and then the next song plays. I've never been into him as a person. The guy quite literally was the king of r&b for a reason. May he rot in prison forever  but his tunes still slap and he wrote some of the best love songs in modern music like MJ's You Are Not Alone, which was the first single to debut at #1. He's talented. Trash! But talented trash. Plus I'm pretty sure his victims get his royalties so when you stream his music, they get paid. We live in a world where people are obsessed with serial killers as a hobby, I can bop to the Ignition remix every now and then Whimsical bitch
Chris Evans 8,919
It's been so annoying for years to see conservatives jot down liberal celebs they don't like on a spreadsheet and spread it as if its the real "list". Especially when the GP is too stupid to question it. the reality is it's gonna be a bunch of other of his other political friends, business partners, and other filthy rich people that aren't really on anyone's radars. The few celebs that do make it on there though are gonna have a bad time.
