Her family spoke out after Page Six released a PR article stating Taylor’s team reached them.

And that's the sad thing. You don't want to pay or mention that poor girl? Ok, but at least don't lie.

that is bizarre, she normally absolutely would reach out or do something privately. wonder what is going on behind the scenes

Exactly. I’m sure something’s going on privately. She doesn’t have to publicly announce anything, though idk why the article said she had reached out when that never happened.

TMBT 3.22.11 // TBTWB 1.17.13 // ArtRAVE 6.3.14 // C2CT 5.28.15 // TJWT 8.13.17 // Chromatica World Tour 9.8.22

Crazy how she would speak up for a Netflix joke more than for her own fans dying. She literally did the bare minimum with that ''I'm too sad to talk about it'':rip:

Taylor is known for doing good things for her fans.

girl, releasing 50 versions of a vinyl and a deluxe of a deluxe of a deluxe is not doing a good thing for your fans when there's literally people dying:fail:

I'm not gonna jump on the Taylor hate train, it's very likely her legal team has advised her not to pay anything due to complex legal reasons especially since this took place in a foreign country (look what happened to Amanda Knox in Italy) AND since Taylor was not at fault for the venue's handling of water in the heat wave. If Taylor sent money to the fan's family it could be used as an admission of guilt in court not only in a civil case but potentially a criminal case if a DA decided to pursue manslaughter charges or something similar by blaming Taylor for performing the concert in the heat. I'm sure Taylor feels for the family, but it is wise if this is what her lawyers are suggesting. Also I don't see any concrete sources saying Taylor reached out that cite Taylor's team directly it seems that they were allegations or rumors in tabloids.

People will go to great lengths to defend a billionaire who has shown ample evidence to be ruthless (Olivia sample drama, falling out with multiple people, jetgate, Katy Perry gate, looting her fans with 100s of vinyl variants, overpriced concert tickets etc)

Her concert tickets were way cheaper than Gaga's miss G0rl

Speaking up about a Netflix joke was a win win situation for her. In this case even a use of a bad phrasing could cause her some negative feedback and that's why she's silent. They are now probably studying what to say/do in an unclockable way.

We need a PR lawyer to weigh in on this and tell us what might be going on behind the scenes because we have no idea

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

You think Taylor would be condemned for helping a family? :fail: The worst that could happen is her having to pay, is it bad for one of the richest people on Earth?
