That's legit concerning. Why wouldn't you want the bidders to receive a clean item? Especially if it involves underwear. And considering there's laws in the UK against the returning of undergarments in stores, I don't know how this is getting the go ahead from a reputable site like eBay. The only sites that would allow this are ones that the used, unwashed element of undergarments is the entire point, like fetish sites!
