Not that it makes harassment and bullying okay obviously, I’m just saying. Had they never brought up ACT II after the ARTPOP era it’d be long forgotten by now. But he just had to play the intro to TEA at the JWT and spread all those details about ACT II during the petition and ARTPOP resurface. I just don’t get what he’d expect. I genuinely wonder what is keeping them from releasing it. Are the legal rights behind the songs really so difficult to obtain? (If that even is it in the first place) There is clearly so much demand for it, the petition got so many signatures, it’s been speculated over for years. He literally promised we would get something special for the 10th anniversary and even now, he is opening room for hope by saying maybe one day. It is so clear that gaga, her team, or whoever are not going to put anything out ever whether for legal reasons or lack of interest. He needs to stop talking about it and giving fans false hope.
