You mean that because this is such an unexpected occurence that something must be off? Because it's kinda giving apocalypse. But it's also very serene and exotic. I am pissed I didn't see it where I live because of the clouds.
Ayesha Erotica 1,924
The red colors give the sky indeed an apocalypse-feeling. I used to think Aurora Borrealis has green, and blue shades, mixed with sometimes purple, I didn't know it could be just red, too, until now. If I had witnessed such a thing, I'd search google first if nuclear war has started. Actually, a couple of years ago, one time, I've seen yellow stripes in the night sky and it looked like UFOs were landing on Earth. I googled local news if everything was OK - no particular news. It turned out that a church was celebrating Martin Luther and illuminated the sky with a laser floodlight. Unfortunately auroras becoming more visible this far south is one of the signs of climate change. So increased greenhouses gases in the air as well as less polar ice is resulting in nah just kidding it's just particles from solar storms getting trapped in the Earth's magnetic field.
