Blackout19 9,523 Posted November 5, 2023 Share Posted November 5, 2023 What are your unpopular opinions about the album The Fame Monster? Mine: - So Happy I Could Die & Monster are the best songs on the album - Monster should have been the lead single - Bad Romance is soo overrated - Both album covers are flawless - The music video of Telephone is the best from this era Marilyn Monroe is my best friend. That era she was a tastemaker and Monster is exactly where others were catching up to. Monster is too obvious of a single. Telephone, while also in that bucket, worked bc her collabing with Beyoncé *is* unexpected especially with how they were both known back then. and So Happy I Could Die is her best RnB song. I would love a more pared down re-recording (Stefani’s version lol) So Happy I Could Die is one of Gaga’s best songs Bad Romance is NOT overrated. They all are good minus Cheek To Cheek.
