Scream 4? Gorl :ohwell:

That's the Jewels N Drugs of the franchise

Scream 3 is the ultimate selection :trollga:

That’s how I feel about Scream 5 :toofunny:

The most memorable thing about Scream 3 for me was a certain news reporter’s hairstyle :teehee:

It's the ultimate meta of all meta horror. Tbh they could have ended with S3 Ane it would have been perfect. S4 was cringe at best and the "twist" at the end was awful and not believable at all. S5 was a step in the right direction...

Anyway, to each their own. At least you recognize the icon Cindy Campbell

  • Traps were sloppy and cruel and out of character with the parameters typically set in the other films
  • Especially the two where they lost out by a couple of seconds. It felt stupid to say you've got 3 mins (or 5 or however many it was) to perform open brain surgery on yourself/cut off your leg and suck out fluids when previous traps are give them like a whole hour
  • Felt a lot gorier than a lot of the previous films, which I didn't enjoy
  • Not a single character to root for. I hoped they all died (which obviously we all know they do except for taxi guy, who was never seen again after the moment he 'won' his trap)

I think overall the issue is that it was a prequel crammed between other films in the saga which limits the scope and potential of the plot. I think the franchise needs to find a way to move on from John Kramer for good

The medical fraud stuff that took up the first half of the film was the most enjoyable bit for me. The moment the 'doctors' became trapped, the film fell apart

Was there ever a character to root for really? The whole concept is about people that did bad things in their lives, to themselves or others and this is their “punishment” and a chance to resocialize.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

Scream 3 is better than 4 but that collective voice modulator gimmick makes no sense to me, it was so forced

We've been on a 00s teen trash horror film thing recently so it was Wrong Turn, I know they're bad but they're easy watching :huntyga: Last actual good horror film was probably Men, also watched Await further instructions which was pretty interesting.

Quite recently I watched series called Channel Zero. It has four seasons and every season has different background and story, and I would really recommend it. Loved it.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.
