I don't think they have officially released numbers for the Eras Tour yet and I think it's because they want to let Beyonce have her moment due to the Kanye incident back in the day. Would be in bad taste to immediately overshadow Beyonce's numbers. Her PR team is perfection.

Official numbers are being kept under wraps for whatever reason. But I've been reading that it'll gross anywhere between 1.2 - 2+ billion after its run and will be/already is the highest grossing tour of all time.

I think tickets prices were overall more expensive for the Renaissance Tour but The Eras is going to get highest gross tour when it’s all said and done

Just means that ticket prices were extremely high... I wish people would stop buying tickets until the prices get reasonable again, this is getting ridiculous. On Twitter today I saw Olivia Rodrigo tickets going for 800-1000 dollars each

this. I feel like the social media is kinda like changing the “concert industry” because most people wanna to go to see a famous act and post it on internet and they’re willing to pay for it.

I don’t know, there’s still tons of real fans who wants to go but can’t afford the amount they’re charging especially these last years which is really sad because seems like just seeing your idol performing it’s on the way to be a “VIP for really rich people” thing.

One thing I don't understand:

How come Renaissance Tour is so much successful? I mean the album did avg commercially. It wasn't a blockbuster like Lemonade. Unlike Taylor, she isn't riding a populaity high.

She's always known for her impeccable vocals and killer choreo. So, her performance isn't something new to people that they are dying to witness.

 

So why this tour is more successful than any other by other musicians? For Eras tour, there's folklore, evermore, Lover, midnights and the re-releases. All that makes sense.

The craze for RWT I don't understand.
