It’s not being about negative nancy. She shouldn’t have teased it if it wasn’t in the books. But here we are almost adding it to the list of all the unkept promises. I love Gaga she saved my life and will never not support her. But the thing is that her team takes too long to execute things. I’m not even comparing with the other girls, I’m just stating facts that they do take way too long and when the hype dies, the end up scrapping or cancelling things.

Exactly, I love her, but what kept her releasing the film max three weeks after the end of the tour, just like how Taylor and Beyoncé are doing? Back then that strike was nowhere to be seen.

Honestly, at this point we have a right to be disappointed by TCB film not coming.  Beyoncé and Taylor DID THEIR ENTIRE TOUR since Gaga finished and Renaissance and Eras films both have release dates.  Since Gaga literally confirmed we’re getting the film, I really hope it comes soon (my guess is in the spring though).

I understand Gaga has much higher stakes with the SAG strike and the tour including soundtrack songs, but I’m kinda surprised the film wasn’t released before the strike.  Regardless, I will be shocked and give up hope if we don’t get it within three or four months of the strike ending.

Can I just ask why there was such a massive push for a CBT film in the first place? I was there almost front row and it wasn’t like it was some huge monumental tour like Eras or Renaissance. I’m not a huge fan of either Beyoncé or Taylor (quite frankly at this point I’m sick of hearing her damn name), but these women have always put together huge spectacles of shows and amazing marketing for their projects, so of course their films would be moving forward full steam.
 

Also, at this point it should be expected that anything Gaga and her team is in charge of is going to turn to sh!t the majority of the time because they sit on everything for ridiculous amounts of time. Even with the Chromatica album Ariana made several comments about how she was glad that Rain On Me was finally being released because she had been waiting forever to promote it.

CBT film is for memories to be professionally kept, at least that's how I see it. It's also for the people who could not afford or did not have the availability to see it. Ariana is Ariana, she'll finish up an album and put it out in the following weeks. Which is partially why her vinyls follow so far behind the original release date. Time is relative, and in Ariana's case "forever" might just mean a few months.
