Performance categories at the Grammys are awarded to the performing artists: Record of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Performance by a Duo/Group, Best Rock Performance, etc. Songwriting categories are the ones where she wouldn't be eligible for a win if not credited as a writer: Song of the Year, Best Rock Song, Best Song Written for Visual Media, etc. There is no Best Pop Song, so if the screening panel considers it Pop, it would only (potentially, obviously) impact Song of the Year. The song is most likely going to be Rock because of the Rolling Stones so there are two categories there, Best Rock Performance (goes to the performers) and Best Rock Song (goes to the songwriters).
