ive been listening to a lot of rihanna and her vocals are impressive - shes has such an incredible studio voice, very belty and resonant but so recognizable and clean

big stars can get away with anything and get a songwriting/production credit just by choosing to record a finished song, especially if the songwriter is a "nobody".
