I really don't think it sounds like it at all. The first and only thing I think it sounds like is All The Small Things by blink 182. I imagine it's songs like that that inspire her more than old school Miley tracks, honestly. Her whole album sounds like it was inspired by 90's/00's emo pop punk and maybe even Miley's stuff was inspired by that too, so they're probably all being inspired by the same source. People just want to jump to copying accusations at the first possible opportunity now. I miss the old days when people just appreciated a new song and only called it out if it was a literal carbon copy.
