Also, I don’t want to be a downer, but I don’t think Haus Labs has the kind of money to make a stand out product in that field. Formulating sunscreen is notoriously hard and expensive. More colors! That said, in the previous Instagram live Sarah mentioned that they were testing a bunch of products that they wouldn't show yet, and the only thing they didn't do on-stream was (finishing) the eye look. They know people are waiting for the eyeliners, and probably won't release one untill they have a clean formula that matches the quality of the old one.
