I feel like legally there's no way they could be allowed to use The Weeknd and Drake's name and image for their own commercial purposes. Maybe if the songwriter calls the performers some knockoff name like Drayk and Da Weakened

Also I find it quite inch-resting that this "songwriter"s name is never used in the headlines. If it weren't for him benefiting from the popularity and recognizability of Drake and the Weeknd's brands, he wouldn't hav any of this attention or success.
