It sounds fresh cause it it has a timeless vibe to it, there are influences of so many decades that you just don't listen to it and be like "oh this is an early 10s album"

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

it is a good album. Remember that after BTW the generic EDM music took over America and BTW was released during a time when music sounded fine and not like will.i.am&David Guetta

The Zedd stuff was just everywhere at the time, and that particular EDM sound is not something I revisit a lot.

To be fair the electronic sound of ARTPOP (minus 2 songs) had its own identity compared to a lot of the usual 2010-2014 mainstream electronic

TFM is my favorite Gaga album of all time but the BTW album is definitely a close second and would’ve been my favorite if TFM didn’t exist. I do have to say some songs, though, are fillers.

Her best album alongside TFM. Marry The Night is my most favorite Gaga song of all time.. I don’t know if it’s possible she’ll outdo that album/era. Lyrically, thematically, visually and culturally we’ll never experience anything like it again. It was the stuff of legend.

Yes been listening to BTW a lot lately again and it’s so timeless. The different and diverse ness of genres and sounds and unique spark make it a pop music gem. An album only Gaga could have recorded.

My favs are Marry The Night, Judas, Bloody Mary, Heavy Metal Lover & TEOG

Her best! I've been listening to this album every day since it came out and I'm not tired of it.

Top 5: Scheiße, Heavy Metal Lover, Government Hooker, Marry The Night and Electric Chapel.

Yep this album takes you on a literal journey. It’s an artistic masterpiece. Also love seeing Electric Chapel get the recognition it deserves. So underrated! Someone’s got taste! :triggered:

I love how you tagged yourself :triggered: but then again you are correct. Electric Chapel is a bop. :party:That intro guitar riff is divine

I don’t think she’ll ever outdo it:bionic: I’m not sure how one could ever manage to be that experimental and daring and in your face and chic and creative and bold and daring and talented incredible show stopping again

glad it happened. Born this way dragged me out the closet lol so grateful to have been blessed with it while I was coming of age.

Pop got so weird around that time. It was so strange when rolling in the deep and party rock anthem were at the top of the charts together :ladyhaha:

rihannas unapologetic album didn’t know if it wanted to be Adele or LMFAO

I honestly miss this. It’s nostalgic now, but all the variety in pop music back then was so fun.
