that was my original thought but every gaga song will also start with a 'demo' (really just an early version but it is what 99% of us would call a demo)

i still dont think its gaga. no idea who else it could be when most "A+ performers" are in the middle of an era or have jut finished one

Yea I think she's too involved in the writing process for it to be her. And the title doesn't sound very Gaga either but then again there's Hey Girl which doesn't sound like a Gaga title to me either. Maybe Britney

My Guesses for those who haven't released in a while: Britney, Rihanna or Katy 

but those who we know are going to continue with an Act 2 or a Deluxe of their current Projects that could also be possible are Beyoncé and Miley.

Rihanna has had Halloween-ish songs and videos before and it would be a BIG comeback (long wait). Plus, we know she shopped a lot of her albums back in the day, especially between Rated R and ANTI.
