This is the reason why the BTW 10th Anniversary was made by covers and not the vault material, she recorded a lot of songs for BTW.

That’s just speculations. And it’s ridiculous. There‘s NO way both the artist he was working for and the label the artist is signed to are stupid enough to give the manager the right to basically have them on cuckhold for 6 years worth of work. Record labels literally suck their artists DRY, what makes you think the label would sign a contract that allows a manager to have them at their balls AFTER he got fired. He works for his artist and the label, not the other way around.

The promotional campaign for ARTPOP went to **** after Gaga fired him, because he was a stakeholder in projects like the App for example.

BTW was a groundbreaking record made specifically for the LGBT community, and the cover EP was meant to celebrate exactly that. Retrospectively.

I think she just doesn't want to release anything at this point. She has plenty of songs and material she could drop and not promote if she doesn't want to, like LG5 RedOne songs (which are not related to Troy's management) but there they are sleeping..

I feel like if they wanted to, they could make it happen. Look at Mood Ring from Britney's Glory. Japanese bonus tracks are WRITTEN into contracts and they ain't supposed to be made available anywhere else, at least for a set period. But there was demand and they made it happen. Same applies here.

 

I don't think she'd be too opposed to something dropping. I don't think she'd be too involved though. It wouldn't be some mega era, maybe an EP with about 5 songs on that DJWS took the lead on producing from the original demos, kind of like how BloodPop took the lead with Dawn of Chromatica. 

 

(Also, did anybody else find the wording of his post in April fishy? "Don't talk to me about ARTPOP. I'm officially done" ....done with WHAT djws? The production of the ACT II tracks? I get people will find this annoying but it seemed like a deliberate move to throw people off the scent, with a little hint thrown in there.)

 

When we ask for ACT II, I don't think she thinks we're being mean for disregarding her mixed feelings about that era. I think as she's said herself that it inspires a "tremendous warmth in her heart".

I feel like that if it was easy for Gaga to release this this then she would do it, but since there are legal issues she doesn't feel like putting the effort when she can be focusing on other things

Also her and her team are being suuper careful with her image since she started getting more into acting, so maybe that is also a concern

The reason G.U.Y was the last project in ARTPOP (aside from tour) is so that T*oy no longer made any more money off her than he had to. In the opening scene you see business men that have shot her down to take her money, and then leave her buried in a ditch. 

This is why we wont see those songs..this is what he did.  there's been back and forth whether he makes money off her music.. I strongly believe he does. This is why Gaga refuses to release anything tied to that era and forced herself to move on from the entire project.. 

I love ARTPOP and I always did. Would I love Act II? Sure.. I believe one day we might get stuff, just gotta wait.
