Afaik, Sam asked his relatives for adivce about Britney prior to the relationship begin and his relatives who are from or in Iran, actually liked the idea of a woman, Britney, being under control of a man (her father) and gave their support and okay for Sam to engage with Britney. Sam was totally ok with the convervatorship all the time, until Britney's father declined his marriage request because he suspected Sam was using Brit for money since their is a big age difference. That is the only reason why Sam changed his opinion and joined the FreeBritneyMovement, so he can profit from Britney. Her financial owning and the fact if she’s about to give some of that to her ex husband is to be decided by the fact if she cheated on him. Alongside with laws allowing conservatorship. Who makes these laws? Idiots? Why would I pay my ex husband money forever if he cheated, abused me, or lied to me? And if im the one who cheated or abused, my ex should atleast have the right to challenge me in court and end a prenup that gives him nothing. Which makes sense if the spouse took care of the home, breadwinner, or the family in some way. It's not fair to a spouse to give up their livelihood in order to mutually benefit the family and then be screwed because they didn't earn a direct income. Sam for sure gave up large portions of his life and wasn't able to earn much of an income while he was with Britney. But that's not to say that there's no abuse in the system. He owns Asghari Fitness, he still models and has some acting jobs in movies and tv shows, his net worth is $5mil, so he's pretty rich compare to the average American. So as of now, whatever is in the prenup will be applied, unless Britney approves Sams request of more money. And if Britney actually cheated on him, or physically abused him, the prenup could possibly be invalid. Actually I don’t think Britney’s actions matter unless the pre nup had terms in it regarding britneys actions

I believe everyone hates him because him or his team are apparently the sources for TMZ Also yes, asking for spousal support is weird like... Go get a job or something idk Sure you will not be able to maintain the same level of life after the divorce but hey, that's life I mean, I’m not implying he should get it or deserves it, but if he has the right to request then why not? She’s a millionaire, anyone would do it for sure. I don’t understand about american laws but I hope Britney can keep her money all to herself, she has been stolen too much already

Yeah but before he met Britney, he was a struggling model yet once he started dating her he started getting press, modeling for a sketchers ad, doing interviews on tv and appearing in movies, so it’s more like he gained than sacrificed anything in the relationship. It’s just like KFed all over again.

They didn’t cheat, the reason for the marriage failing was the other party’s actions. Marriage is a contract, cheating is usually seen as a form of breach of contract.
