So as of now, whatever is in the prenup will be applied, unless Britney approves Sams request of more money. They have no children, the home they lived in was paid for by her, what does he need the money for? He signed the prenup and there's nothing but TMZ rumors (a site notoriously anti-Britney btw) to suggest anything happened that would invalidate it. He's money and attention hungry, nothing more. Her financial owning and the fact if she’s about to give some of that to her ex husband is to be decided by the fact if she cheated on him. Alongside with laws allowing conservatorship. Which makes sense if the spouse took care of the home, breadwinner, or the family in some way. It's not fair to a spouse to give up their livelihood in order to mutually benefit the family and then be screwed because they didn't earn a direct income. Sam for sure gave up large portions of his life and wasn't able to earn much of an income while he was with Britney. But that's not to say that there's no abuse in the system.
