Best Buy has a whole range of training programmes, nobody is really going to suffer because there is one encouraging racial diversity in leadership roles

Mister G

I just went through the McKinsey Leadership Academy through my employer. I learned, a lot. Things I didn't even think to consider especially as a Gay Latino Man in Corporate America. My cohort had a handful of folks from Best Buy's management and this was back from February through June. These fragile clear people need to kindly get a hobby. I can't say f*** off in full but bless their hearts.

I am once again reminded that I don’t think conservatives have actual jobs because their reaction to the most asinine things is always so embarrassing to see. It reminds me of when they were trying to boycott other companies because corporate was requiring a diversity training program through HR…like those have been around for decades…

I feel like this is difficult because in the UK under workers rights, protected characteristics and discrimination laws you shouldn't really discriminate in any sense, I understand the benefit of this but at what point does it become discrimination?

Can they just fully commit and just boycott breathing since they might be using air that minorities have breathed?

When I saw "O'Keefe Media Group", I assumed this was a rename of the infamous Project Veritas. But actually...

The Project Veritas board removed O'Keefe from leadership positions in February 2023 for what it said was financial malfeasance with donor money.[13] On March 15, 2023, O'Keefe launched a new organization called O'Keefe Media Group.[14] -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_O'Keefe
