Wish I could attend... It was postponed then cancelled in Zürich. I had everything ready, from outfit to airbnb and parking close to the venue. Early access too. I got all my money back but I mourned for days...

I'm sorry :( did you get to go to TCB?

Umm.. not so much really :messga:

not to put it against TCB, but was relieved and impressed with production and her performance in the last tour. Now THAT was amazing.

JWT absolutely wins in terms of production for me. CBT felt relatively bare-bones.

During JWT a lot of songs had their own identity in terms of production. The stage and lighting were dynamic and versatile.

For CBT about 80% of the production was same-ish throughout the set. That show mostly ran on the music, choreo and attitude, which was amazing in its own right.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore CBT, what it stood for and how Gaga performed. The production and staging is pretty much the only thing I can fault it for :rip:

But did you actually attend both? I did and honestly they feel quite the same level of goodness. In both tours the main stages are a bit underwhelming in person compared to other tours i've been, (btw ball or other artists e.g the weeknd's last tour), but in terms of vocals, performance, I feel like both were equally good! but that's just my opinion

Truly. It was so much darker than i expected. The visuals were a+, the stage with the floating bridges, the choreography, Scheiße!! Top shelf production.  10/10, would recommend

JWT eats almost every Gaga tour in terms of production, the rising platforms, the catwalks being screens, the piano, the lights... Chromatica Ball tour wishes it had a 10% of that in terms of production

I really loved JWT and in many ways, it's my favorite tour of hers. Her vocals were really on point, I loved the platforms and bridges, and it was still an intimate arena vibe.

Tbh after Monster Ball, BTWB and artRave, JWT felt very... generic. Not Gaga-like. Though I guess I could say that whole album was like that, so....

It's a good tour, I do not contest that, it is just... generic. Basic, even.

So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.

I never attended a Gaga concert before. :traumatica:

From what I've seen as a homebody mouthbreather, I liked the tour. I thought it was extremely creative, especially when she hit the Michael Jackson and jumped out of the stage floor.

Luv u Sum

i had kind of a bad concert experience because of the person i went with :messga: it was also my first time seeing gaga live on tour (i wasn't allowed to before i was 18 cuz of my parents) so i was recording the whole thing on my phone and now don't even remember any of it except for like bloody mary and paparazzi :traumatica:

my favorite thing about the tour is the stage, it was pretty cool !! but i think overall it wasn't really a GAGA show.. and i'm sure that was intentional. not bad in anyway but it seemed like it was meant for locals to watch it and not feel uncomfortable ig. super glad she went all out in the way she did for the chromatica ball

i had one of the dates where she completely skipped the red section. towards the end she removed it from the second stop if she was in a city twice
