She’s been well known over the years as an excellent employer and is known to treat those that work for her very well. Its why she’s had mostly the same band through her career and why she often has dancers and crew members frequently return for new tours. Just goes to show that if you treat your employees with respect and dignity, they’ll not only be loyal but do a damn good and professional job for you too.
