As a MPLS citizen I can tell you, many reasons! We have so many great breweries and food halls! The weather is gorgeous right now! Bike trails are everywhere! We have the mall of America! In the midst of all the red states becoming even more draconian towards LGBTQ people and in regards to abortion, people have been listing affordable, liberal, LGBTQ cities in blue states....and Minneapolis pops up a lot.
