M for MOON?

no to TCB slander! She served us all of her Mother Monsterness after the mess that was Boreanne World Tour.

those runways had the worst views, I couldnt see her most of the show literally standing under one of the stages :flop:

...has anybody seen my disco stick?

The “M” actually stands for Manjobi aka Britney’s new song. Gaga knew this whole time and tried to warn us, but nobody listened :traumatica:

The gag about the CBT stage is that it could’ve been exactly the same without the box and would’ve slayed. Literally the only thing lost removing the box would be those two screens on the inner side walls that were hardly visible to most anyway.

And don’t justify the box with “but they needed to put all the lights and rigging there” because no they didn’t. Open stages have been the industry norm for awhile now, there was no reason for the box.

It’s true that the stage design wasn’t great for people who had a side view. I don’t understand why they decided to make it like that ? Unless you were front row at the show, you couldn’t see **** tbh. I was front row in Toronto and it was amazing cause she was on the main stage for like 90% of the show. But I was just a little further for the two other shows I attended and I could barely see her.

I was in the front row on the outside edge of one of the catwalks and only got to actually look at her physically maybe 5-6 times. I had to watch the screens the entire rest of the show to see her and she only used the catwalk I was touching two times! Once out to do free woman and then back to the main stage. I paid a lot of money and honestly would have just spent way less and sat in the lower balcony if I had known it was going to be that bad. Whoever built the stage had ZERO perspective from the fans in the audience.

To be honest, the box stage could have not been a problem if she just used more of the stage. I think she went once on each catwalk, but never on the side bits in front of the big screens. Why have a big fancy stage if you're not going to use most of it?

Spoiler

She also was only on the higher part in the back once, so anyone small couldn't see her from the main floor. Why was the main stage so low!?

Spill.. a big long screen is the standard. Look at Taylor’s and Beyoncé’s stage. They had to put one big horizontal screen and that’s it. Still can’t understand why they had to do 3 screens in the box, considering people could see the central one if you were in the Ga section. Honestly I don’t even wana know what seated people saw

Oh wow this view is awful

How people can defend this is beyond me 🤣 and this is coming from someone who had an excellent view. I purposefully stayed at the back of the pit and saw everything beautifully… and I still hate the stage.

The justification is they couldn't afford to do a big stadium style stage on a last minute redesign.

I get why people hate the stage and I agree that's probably the worst she ever had, but I think most of the fans hate it way too much only because they judge it on a pop concert experience perspective. Many rock artists have simple and boxed stages even in stadiums and maybe Gaga wanted to rely on this rock-ish vibe for the show. The fact that Chromatica needed something else is a different thing, but I do understand the design to a certain degree
