why do lgbt artists feel the need to confirm what their position in bed is? I feel like it just makes the community look just as sex obsessed as the stereotype has always been :koons:

Because then we miss out on bops like GUY

if i remember right, he was like "im not telling you my position" a couple years ago, but followed that statement by angry bottom shaming. don't quote me on that tho.

I thought he was South African

His parents are. He was born in SA but grew up in Australia from the age of 2 so he's very Australian

I believe him. :flower:

Been in dating world for many years now, (since 2003), I have met all kinds of tops and bottoms. Not one are stereotypical form of what some people think is top or bottom. There are muscle bottoms, there are bottom older/bears/dads, who are usually typically known or expected to be the tops. And of course there are twink and femme tops too. :flower:

Bc often sexuality can only be talked about in vagueness bc of puritanical crap. If sex is a big part of your life or inspiring, write about it! I think instead of saying we’re sex obsessed, look at it as sexually comfortable and confident. That’s what being queer grants you. Cis het people are just as sexual but are sooo repressed by social norms. If it isn’t for you, that’s totally fine, but I think we can reframe the respectability as not being a community problem but being a societal one. Art should reflect life! Life, for many, is horny af!

It's over gays. He's not a powerbottom because he isn't even gay. It was a marketing strategy all along. He's been seen on dates with women getting very close and intimate
