Economy 52,854
That's horrible. Crazy to think our society is still so biased on something as race that should be trivial that they even treat a blind person differently Id be curious to see what percentage of people reacted a certain way with each person
PartySick 172,543
Black, white, blind, or whatever, if a stranger came up to me and grabbed my arm I'd pull away and get away from them Also, if they're supposed to be blind...why would they be able to grab people's arms so easily? It would have been more believable to have them "accidentally" bump into someone and gauge the reactions to that instead of being grabbed by a stranger. Whimsical bitch

Nevertheless I'm not surprised a good portion of ppl would react worse when it's a black person But at the same time, I'd like to see the actual ratio of different reactions. Not to downplay racist biased reactions I'm sure it's true. But with stuff like this it's also easy to cherry pick which reactions you show to emphasize ur point. They showed virtually every black person being treated badly and every white person treated well. While I don't doubt the ratio is disproportionately bad against the black person in the experiment, I also seriously doubt 100% positive and 100% negative reactions is representative of reality either
