I remember my dad playing his music for me all the time as a kid, and when he released âLady is a Trampâ with Gaga I was just in awe of them both. He really opened up the door for her to flourish as a jazz musician in her own right. Their CTC albums will always be so important to me. I hope his family and Gaga will find comfort in knowing he lived his full life and then some. We know how much he meant to her and how much he helped her. She will be affected by this, whether we see it or not. In any case, I was thinking about Tony so much the last couple of weeks. My uncle is suffering a really really bad case of Alzheimer's right now, and he has come up several times in discussions with my mom, which led me to think about Tony. What a talent, what a legend, and what an angel. From what I know, he was such a sweet and kind person. My heart goes out to his family.
