Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, and others recently attended a star-studded party that went viral on the internet in no time, becoming a target of controversy and debate.

The Bad Moms actress Kristen Bell shared a photo of a bunch of 25 guests sitting around a table having dinner together at South Fork Lodge in Sweet Valley, Idaho.

The guests that were present at the gathering included Jennifer, Cox, Adam Scott, John Mulhaney, Cox's boyfriend Johnny McDaid, Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn and many more.

The grand photo sparked a debate online due to the lack of diversity among the guests. The social media users noticed that almost all the guests were white.

My eyes rolled back into my skull so hard :saladga: Please tell me it's like, 3 people on Twitter and one of them is being satirical.

My god, can they be friends with who ever they want! All good for representativity and diversity in medias, but this is event amongst friends…let’s not imply anything

1) it's really not a big debate or scandal in the first place. Using a few critical people talking about it to make this seem like a public outrage is just an excuse to trash SJWs.

2) it's not unusual. At least in the USA, more than 70% of white people say they don't have any non-white people they'd consider friends.

3) instead of defending or judging their party guests, maybe just self reflect on what your party guests would look like. If all of them look like you, what might that say?

This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss.

Also… I wonder if this means that if you’re throwing a Quinceañera you need a more diverse group of people attending not just Hispanics? For Indian Weddings as well?… etc, etc…

I mean, yes, there probably needs to be more diversity in Hollywood but this is a dinner among friends and demanding representation is fine when it comes to movies and tv shows but are we all racists now because we don’t know any people of color?
the conversation about diversity and equal representation is important - where it makes sense. Like, in my inner circle there are a few Americans and sometimes they get mad at Scandinavian countries for being majority white. And it’s like, a country is not a tv show where you can cast whatever skin color you want. Those people live there?! That’s like getting mad at African countries for not featuring enough Asian people for representation. Like, I’m from a 10.000 people village in Central Europe and there aren’t that many people of color to be friends with. Is that racist?

There are people that live in places where the majority of inhabitants are white, Karen
