I’m definitely going to read this, it’s about time she is able to tell her truth ! The fact of no new photos or anything is irrelevant. This is not for superficial purposes.

I love Britney.

but the laziness and lack of creativity on the title and the cover art make me not interested.

I’m so tired of seeing her with no clothes on. It’s done, it’s old, it’s boring, and it’s out of style.

I’d consider buying it if she did something different, something to announce that this is a new chapter, something to show us that something in her life has changed for the better. I just see this as another Britney cash grab ala Femme Fatale.

New perfume “Fantasy (Woman in me midnight lux twilight edition)”

Isn’t the point of the book living life on her terms? And you’re saying she shouldn’t do that bc it’s “tired” “lazy” and “out of style”? :laughga:

I hope it wasn’t neutered too much after the cease and desists from famous folk. Hope the integrity of the book (despite almost undoubtedly getting ghostwriter help) is intact.

I see your point. But recycling old lyrics and old photos seems like a lazy cash grab.

we all know there is a ghost writer here. Y’all better not fall for this mess 😂

i don’t buy that she’s anxious when she is posting these absolutely unhinged dance videos to the internet every other day and tapping NBA stars on the shoulder.

Yuck. You sound just like the bigoted people that sh!t talk her every day.

I really hope the whole book is done in the same style as her iconic unreadable Instagram and Twitter captions :diane:

But seriously happy for her and hope it does well, looking forward to hearing what's happened from her

I love the cover because it instantly reminds us of the young innocent girl who was at one time the greatest pop star on the planet. Seeing her vulnerable eyes in this image instantly makes her more relatable and empathetic. It reminds us how she was just a kid when her life changed forever. A pure heart with good intentions who never had the chance to grow up in a healthy and dignified way.

Also purely from a marketing standpoint, Britney's younger face will always be more recognizable and profitable (just like any singer or actor past their peak). It's her young face that was on millions of albums sold and millions of TV screens across the world.

By reading what you're saying I can tell you don't know half her story. Her anxiety is not from being at home dancing in front of a camera. She is anxious around people and traumatized by the industry. Therefore anything related to work is a trigger with people.

Second: the book cover and title is actually very beautiful. it's a reference to the Britney era where she was coming of age. She sang 'Trying to find the woman in me' in not a girl Not yet a woman. And she stated earlier that the Cship took away her womanhood. So it's actually a very beautiful symbolism.

You really think she spent 2 years writing a book just to rush a title? Think again!
