Seeing her vulnerable eyes in this image instantly makes her more relatable and empathetic. It reminds us how she was just a kid when her life changed forever. A pure heart with good intentions who never had the chance to grow up in a healthy and dignified way. Also purely from a marketing standpoint, Britney's younger face will always be more recognizable and profitable (just like any singer or actor past their peak). By reading what you're saying I can tell you don't know half her story. Her anxiety is not from being at home dancing in front of a camera. She is anxious around people and traumatized by the industry. Therefore anything related to work is a trigger with people. Second: the book cover and title is actually very beautiful. it's a reference to the Britney era where she was coming of age. She sang 'Trying to find the woman in me' in not a girl Not yet a woman. And she stated earlier that the Cship took away her womanhood. So it's actually a very beautiful symbolism. You really think she spent 2 years writing a book just to rush a title? Think again!
