Except she doesn't care if it sells or not, she already got her 15 million check for it lol. I am also surprised by the cover and that there is no new photoshoot, but who knows what the reason is. She might still be too anxious to work with people or maybe she wanted a reference to a point in her life/career where she was transitioning which was 2001 and hence the cover and lyric reference. Symbolic to her life changing once again now.

I see your point. But recycling old lyrics and old photos seems like a lazy cash grab.
