Well, it wasn't a dancer. It was a fan claiming the DM 'came' from a dancer.

My bad, I thought it was a different dancer, but do you think a dancer is going to DM a random stan using a) stan language and b) telling the random stan, that they've never met, that they never told anyone about the SA allegation except them and then c) deny it when Rolling Stone comes around, etc.? Rolling Stone could have published anonymous accounts of SA too, but that didn't happen either.

And Michael may not be American, but I've followed him on IG and his captions definitely indicate he speaks WAY better English than that 'DM'. Seriously, look at his captions-he writes English like someone with a good grasp of the language. That DM, on the other hand, came across like someone with much, much worse English.

He also made a post where he praised Madonna and Gaga just a week and a half ago.

I'm sorry but I just don't really believe him, he seems like that type who will be on good behavior to Gaga, Jojo, and upper levels of Gaga's team etc but he gets away with treating people under him badly

Also a couple of the dancers mentioned about not being asked back so it's not like they were trying to make an alternative story or something like that

i believe the 12 dancers who accused him of mental and sexual abuse - those dancers loved gaga but couldnt be forced to work with a tyrant like richie whos not even a good choreographer

A fan claimed a dancer sent him a DM where he confessed he never told anyone but this particular fan about Richey SA'ing him. That seemed...highly unlikely in the first place. As someone who was SA'd, you generally talk to your friends, family, or even a helpline. The DM also used stan language, and unless we saw different DMs it sounded like someone who had a bad grasp of the English language imo.

IDK, probably better to just let this go, but I take SA very personally and it bothers me that a bunch of mostly yt gays leapt on something that sounded so unbelievable in the first place-especially as no one but a fan ever made any accusation and the fan claimed to have a DM from a dancer-and because there's a history of yt folks accusing POC, particularly Black men, of being sexual predators without any evidence or accusations. Don't get me wrong, I think Richy sucks, but there's a massive difference between toxic workplace behavior (which people spoke out about) and SA.

The fact that RS mentioned nothing, not even 'there have been rumors', when they heavily implied Drake had a thing for underage girls was also very telling imo.

TLDR: It just seemed like stans making sh*t up to me and going way too far, as stans sometimes do, as they hate Richey. Add in the Rolling Stone investigation, the dancer that 'allegedly' sent the DM praising Gaga recently, etc. Anyway, I'm going to stop discussing this as clearly others disagree.

Again, the dancer didn't accuse him of sexual abuse. It was one fan claiming one dancer sent them a DM. Sigh. He sucks, but come on.

Sis I didn't save the DM. I just remember seeing it on twitter when it first came out.

We're going to have to agree to disagree. I simply do not believe someone who had been SA'd would dm a fan of all people about it, turn around and praise Gaga even after Richy was on TCB, and I also believe Rolling Stone, which investigated, would have mentioned rumors as they have done so in the past in regards to SA. There's also a long history of fans hating Richy and faking DMs.

Again, I also think there's a troubling racial dynamic (which is not uncommon, unfortunately) here of mostly yt fans eager to paint a Black man as a sexual predator when an investigation turned up a) nothing and b) no victim has actually spoken out. It's not like one of his friends or family claimed this, it was a fan.
