kylie planning for a traditional album rollout, will probably get 2nd single before album is released. can't imagine she thought padam would blow up like it did. i think she's right to stick to initial plan rather than move things around and risk messiness

I think the whole Padam Padam rollout was sped up by the leaks, and now the album will have to wait til the release date to coincide with the Vegas residency announcement. 

Her and her team didn’t know that Padam was going to be such the hit it was - so I imagine they’re trying to both be strategic about the album release because of Vegas, and also continue riding the Padam Padam high as long as possible.

I do agree. I think Padam's success has definitely shifted the original plan.
