I think what the other person is trying to say is that, yes her content is disturbing and should be dealt with, but the way people are deriving pleasure from her downfall is unhealthy and not done for the right reasons. It's like excusing bullying and aggressive behavior because the target is very clearly in the wrong – it doesn't make sense to me. 

It's concerning because it's not solving the issue and is possibly making it worse in the long run (hence why we're seeing the culture wars).

I am not defending her, I'm just saying that I don't think she did that with any real sexual intent, and if you look at the message screenshots, both her and the fan are trolling and at fault. The fan she was texting was laughing back and encouraging it like they have an inside joke with each other...Colleen wasn't trying to do anything sexual with them is the main message. 

and you know that in some states and countries they have kids marry off and get pregnant like at 12 right...so it's just a culture shock to us when we think of kids looking at graphic content, which I'm sure they do behind closed doors anyways.. kids are playing grand theft auto and picking up hookers in the game, and running them over with cars.

Yeah, I just came back in this thread to say that in this instance, this is not something bad Colleen did. But I'm afraid that she can easily weaponize this to hand-wave away all of the other things she did even though there is solid proof behind it, some of which are indeed federal crimes. People here putting responsibility on minor victims and whataboutism... I'm not sure what to say.
