Blackplane created the website and were in charge of the maintenance and everything but it was Troy's company so since 2015, after they parted ways, the website was just on auto and posted Gaga's tweets. I think registration has been closed for years now and her team is keeping the domain alive for copyright reasons. Where we celebrate the 10th anniversary of iconic moments such as the album announcement and the leak of aura.
