The lady is in the comments saying she hung out with the dogs and Gaga this day so it's not a flight made just to transport the bulldogs if that's what you meant by "millionaire eccentricity".

Now yeah private plans are never planet-friendly but I guess huge stars on regular plans would be harassed every 2 minutes so I guess that's the reason they avoid it...
